Return and Refund
What is return and refund policy?
You may get refund for your return items. All returns must be accompanied with a Return ID (Return Merchandise Authorization number, RMA #).
If we shipped you the wrong product, or it arrived defective or damaged, no problem.
1. Please fill in Rreturn Requirement online.
2. Email a picture clearly showing the defect of the product to us(email@example.com).
3. We will give you a response within 72 hours (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
6. We will resend correct item to you and email you a notification.
If you ordered the wrong item, wrong size, or simply changed your mind, here is a quick checklist:
1. If you order has not been shipped, you may cancel it for a full refund.
2. If the item had been shipped, you may fill in online after you receive the package.
3. Email a picture of the proof of shipment (receipt, certificate of posting, tracking number stub, etc) to us(firstname.lastname@example.org).
4. You should ship the item(s) back to us within 30 calendar days of the order shipment date(Start from your submit return requirement).
5. We will refund you for your purchase (minus the shipping cost).
How long can I receive your refund from PayPal?
Refunds are processed within 1-5 business days after you received our confirmation on the cancelation, and the PayPal refund can be seen in your PayPal account right away once it is processed. Once processed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from PayPal. You may also call PayPal to verify your refund. Their USA toll free phone number is 1-888-221-1161.
Can I just exchange my items for new ones?
At this time, we do not process even exchanges. If you need a different size or color of an item you ordered, when your return is received, you will be issued a gift certificate (store credit) for the amount of the item(minus the shipping cost).
